Travel planning and booking has not been the easiest task to navigate, and it has become more difficult with ever-growing options and increasingly limited budget. 42% of consumers reported that they are taking longer to book travel than five years ago.
Another reason for the increased time spent on travel booking is due to the experience gap. The experience gap refers to the differences between what is expected during booking and the actual experience when travelling.
The idea behind HaloWander is simple: what if travel planning and booking get an artificial intelligence (AI) booster? And how can and should AI work for this use case?
